The goods will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment has been confirmed. The dispatch takes place on average after 4 days at the latest. Free Local Delivery
This option is only possible for the municipality of B-4780 St. Vith. To do this, select “Shipping” during the checkout and “Local delivery” in the next step. Returns and Exchanges
Would you like to return or exchange your product? Contact us and download the return form below. You must fill this out completely and enclose it with your return. You can return your item (s) to the return address below within 30 days of receipt. If we have successfully received your return and it meets the return conditions, you will receive a refund within 14 working days to the account number you used for payment. But since we want to avoid wasteful shopping, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. In this way, we make sure that our customers don’t just shop “just for fun” and then simply send them back later, but order with care and love.
We generally do not offer exchanges. Should you have made a mistake (e.g. wrong size of the case) and you would like a different item, you must fill out the return request form and send it back with the goods. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase price. You can place a new order for the desired item in our shop.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The products are in their original condition (not washed, worn and undamaged)
- The item must not show any signs of use (if it is a product with signs of use, we can see from the photos which signs of use were originally present)
- Return costs are at your own expense
- The article must be provided with all original labels (if available).
- Returns are at your own risk: we are not responsible for any lost returns. We therefore strongly advise you to return your package with a tracking number so that you have proof of shipment!
Unfortunately, if an item does not meet our return or exchange policy, you cannot return/exchange it. We cannot process the returned item and no refund will be initiated.
If you would like to get the returned item back, you must indicate so and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Consumers have a statutory right to liability for defects in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) for the services offered.
